hari ini postnya pake bhs indo aja de… lagi g ada persiapan sebelum e, jd males le translate ke inggris.. ho4…

jumat g ngapa2in, cuma ke skul bentar liat pengumuman Ad Ins he4…. disuruh interview maneh jauh2 ke veteran sono…

kemarin ntn pensi ne STTS bah bosen e ampun2 wes he4… sory bwat para pengisi acara ne but jujur ae bosen bagt tuh.. malah kita niat e ntn temen nyanyi PS, sampe kita mari maen 1 game DOTA masi belum nyanyi jg astaga naga dah… wew… yah le acara ae molor2 gt yah sori ae, tp g nyucuk bgt pe nunggu lm2 gt… masi mndg taun lalu rasa e… so mgkn taun dpn konsep e bs dimatengno lagi lah, jgn lama2 tp yang efektif dan genah… lah kemarin mik aja mati hidup kok…
kemarin sebelum pensi makan di Leko, mantap iga penyet + sup iga ne… wew…
sblm pulang kemarin jg sempat makan mbe arek2 ber4 makan nasi goreng sambil berbicara banyak.. tp topik yg mendominasi yah bg jomblo2 gn yah tetep ae cewe… he4…

hari minggu yang cerah nih sampe skrg belum ngap2… td pg bangun jam 7, jam 10 ke delta latian musik cina itu wow mantap wes yang laen wes mulai masuk maen lagu2 gt, g karuan wes top kabeh deh aku plongo2 lgs disuruh melok maen eh a i yg bener ae, aku lo bukan dewa gitar hehe mana bs moro2 melok, belum lagi karakteristik alat e yah beda jauh mbe gitar… hohooh… jd laen kali kasi saya partitur nya dulu, saya hapalkan di rumah, jd g ketok kayak pemula2 soro masio memang belum sampe 1 bulan hehehe… mr gt makan siang di delta ampe jam 2, pulang tdr ampe jam set 5 he4..

ntn pertandingan ligina.. y ampun, gara2 penalti ae, tim yang dikenai penalti itu merajuk lo… sempat mogok 10 menit… –> g fair bagt kan… mgkn di indo ini tropis kali yah, jd mudah panas.. dah gt musuh e dikasarin terus, wasit e g ngapa2in tuh aneh yah… mgkn mrasa bersalah ngasi penalti… aiz mboh lah pertandingan teraneh, buyar di menit 105, lah itu lak extra time, janggal e lagi, mari e itu persis pas kedudukan e mari imbang 1-1… tak pikir yah mmg dr td nunggui gol td itu drpd ditimpuki suporter bee..

ya sudah dulu deh wew… panjang amat nih posting nya….

proyek semester ini ( sampai skrg )
1. Delphi : mbwat game untuk anak SD. tim ku memutuskan untuk mbwat game simulasi model Tokimeki gt, jd player nya berperan sbg student di sekolah, tiap hari masuk skul dengerin penjelasan, ada ujian dan tugas-tugasnya dll.. yah kayak the sims sederhana gt sih mau ne maka e kasih nama Sims School Life.. yah pasti g bakal kayak buatan e EA gt tp yah berusaha semaksimal e sih..
2. C++ : bwat game pokemon versi singkat nya.. ntar crita e dikarang dewe aja deh hehe…
3. Aplikasi Internet : bwat e-store, kali ini bwat toko handphone + aksesorisnya..

smua proyek di atas deadline nya bulan ini akhir2 tgl 30 an wew skrg dah tgl 9 lo jd menimbulkan berjuta sensasi antara khawatir g mari, tp jg yakin nti e bakal mari 100% pasti e, semgat bwat game, tgl menjalankan dan mengerjakan sesuai plan yg sudah dirancang he4..

this semester project :
1. Delphi : create a game for elementary school kids.. My team decided to make a game like tokimeki memorial or a simulation game which conditionate player as a student in a school and must follow the class tutorial, exams, tasks and so on.. We call the game as ‘Sims – School Life ‘ yes it’s not as the EA’s Sims but we try to give our maximum capacity to make this game as interesting as we can…
2. C++ Object Oriented Programming : my team decided to develop a short version of ‘Pokemon’… this is a popular game..he4…
3. Internet application : create an e-store.. my team want to sell handphones + its accesories ( this is only fictive web site he4 )

all of those due to this month’s end and now is 9/11 so still has about 3 weeks again.. it cause many sensation, between sure-unsure able to finish it or not, but i’m totally sure we can do it with passion, as we have planned before…ho4…

hari ini full isi ne cuma psikotes itu aja… n lgi kayak e kok smua calon2 itu lulus kabeh ya, kata e pake sistem gugur, tapi yang gugur cuma yang g dateng aja.. wew.. jd ne ya diwawancara kabeh, td udah ada sebagian termasuk aku.. tesnya maut2 lo bener2 bikin kepala panas deh lama2 wes bosen… ada bagian nyocokin pola-pola gambar, ada yang disuruh mbayangin kubus le dibolak-balik, ngitungi penjumlahan 2 bilangan 1 digit tp sebanyak kertas A3 wew, nggambar pohon di kertas kosong, nglanjutin potongan2 gambar jd gambar sembarang, nghapalno beberapa kategori + benda2 ne trus dites benda yang huruf depan e ini termasuk kategori apa,dll… perasaan dulu psikotes g gini sih, masa mau kerja ae kepalanya wes puanas gt… masio ini loh cuma iseng ikut nya, untung makanan ne gratis enak lagi hehe… rencana e mau masuk kelas PBO telat, wes ijin mbe cece ne, eh malah keluar test ae lebih suwe dari kuliah e… wew… pulang2 teler dah.. habis makan lgs ketiduran ampe jam 8 wew… kayak e hari ini cepet bgt nih g krasa bulan 11 ae wes 9 hari tgl 22 hari lg sebelum ngumpul proyekkk…arrrggghhh… butuh lebih dari sekedar semangat ini, butuh kegilaan hehehe…

today was a full day with the psychology test and in fact all of the candidates able to follow the interview which has been held today and will be tomorrow also.. the test was quite terrible and so many things need to do : drawings, mathematics ( not complicated, but very lot of work, almost full of A3 size of paper full with number we should add between 2 numbers and write down the result as fast as we can ), match the patterns of picture, memory tes10:45 PM 11/8/2007t ( memorize some words and later on must answer some questions ) and so on.. yeah this test was more complicated than other test i’ve ever done such as psychotest in Senior High School to decide the major… really exhausted and unpurposely slept from 7 pm – 8 pm he4… well quite a long but fast day.. counting the day with so many projects he4… need a passion, even more than passion, insanity…

hmmm lately been so attracted to all related to chinese : chinese language, chinese old story, chinese philosophy, chinese musical instruments..

don’t you think chinese is a very ‘rich’ country, not just economically but also in culture ? well i think so…
chinese can be great as now of course it cause by some strategy or wiseness that has been inherited from the old to the young and so on from thousand years before until now..

chinese language is very interesting to study although it is quite difficult but if you just pretend it like learning a new language you like and you want, i guess it difficulties can be compromised.

for chinese musical instruments, some of them just like the others ordinary music instruments.. mine was shaped like smaller Spanish Guitar, others like violin, bass guitar, ciello and so on but of course in chinese shape.. all of them can produce really really great sound if combined well…

Chinese Philosophy : i think they as good as the western ( such as Greeks and Romans ) and even now some western use many chinese wisdow literatures such as Sun Tzu and Kong Fu Zi’s….

the result of all of those is a nation which now in the frontest line to face the US hegemony and later India will join with it to make a more stable world without one dominators..

this is an old chinese story :

Progammer is an artist too if you know..
well there is an art of programming, and for developing some applications, we do not just concern about the technical side 100%, but we do care bout the other side, such as the interface ( should be friendly ), the source code ( i think the way we write source code should be nice so those are readable for everybody rite ) and so on..
so i just kinda mind if someone said programmers ony care bout the technical side.. no we don’t dear…
well life itself is an art isn’t it ? every thing done by passion, combination of emotion and logic….

yesterday i joined AdIns recruitment test…
AdIns is a software vendor company which has around 130 engineers by now, but they also have a recruitment and training division which provide some IT engineers to their clients and yesterday they held the recruitment for BCA ( Bank Central Asia ) one of the biggest bank in Indo / ASEAN maybe.. the speaker Mr Guntur was very-very enthusiastic person and talked with fire..he4..

first he talked about the IT system in BCA.. i guess everyone in that classroom will say ‘Wow’ to the fact and numbers he said to us and he said that this kind of big company is really challenging especially because you’ll never had the system like that unless you work for big Big Company…that is really correct, because you’ll never imagine how to control over 800 branch offices, 5-6 thousand ATMs, 3 back up data centres that works simulatenously everyday every minute every second, and even the bank itself claimed has all of the operating system in the world combined together… Amazing.. well okay so BCA and the other big company are challenging he4…

Then he talked about the AdIns itself which he is the co founder.. he said that he just want to be the IT company that reach the regional market.. i guess it was so great.. this person has the passion and the ability so it is acceptable he sometimes exaggerated too much but the fact the company has some achievements and great portofolios.. he also told us the youngs to be brave to aim high… yes thats true for me… he4.. i still keep my track to pursue my Google Jobs and okay, maybe BCA can be one pit stop before the finish he4… He said we had lost to many ASEAN countries, singapore, malaysia and now even Vietnam… wew… that’s dissapointing but we know that unless we do something, other countries will keep developing while this country still dunno what to do next and what is the blue print for 5-10 years later…

last he talked bout ACE – the AdIns training division…
for those who later be recruited, they will have to follow 4 months training which include all aspect to become an IT profesionals such as IT skills, organizational skill, team work, basic mentality and so on.. looking to the schedule, it even more tight than the worst case of my school schedule ( if i want to be extreme by taking as much as i can ).. but i think that is the price you have to take if you want some success ( though not only through this way ) because hardwork corelate with success in 90% cases…

well i don’t expect too much to be recruited remembering that i face some of my seniors ho4. and also i haven’t think of some jobs yet so i have nothing to lose to follow today psychology test…

been so long since last time posted blog…
well i just traced what i’ve done since sunday then
Sunday –
hmm went to GYM and then joined dong fang chinese orchest practice.. well there were 2 mandarin teachers there, one of them can play ‘gu zheng’ dunno how to say it in English ( ‘kecapi’ in Indo )… combined with the ’seruling’ and ‘er hu’ ( chinese violin ) i think the result was quite tremoring my soul wew.. so great and it only did by 3 people, imagine if there was a complete chinese orchest group.. he4.. i wanna take some part as soon as possible too…

Monday –
quite ordinary nothing special

Tuesday –
hmm surprising announcement that 9 am – 12 am lesson been cancelled for this whole week and that time allocated to accomodate those who need practice and exercise for Dies Natalis Event on Saturday such as the choir and theater. Mandarin level 6 has come and i got the same teacher..he4..

Wednesday –
wake up late in the morning sleep was good ho4… then follow AdIns recruitment test and on the following day, i must follow the other psychology test… i will explain about AdIns on other post..

today is the first day i see the rain with my eyes for this raining season which i think come late..but glad it has come..

ada beberapa topik yang bagus untuk dibahas hari ini nih smua diambil dari Jawa Pos hari ini

1.  Air PDAM Surabaya Keruh dan tidak layak minum
2. Harga Minyak yang ga karuan
3. Anggaran pemilu 10 kali lipat Pemilu lalu

nah ini yang bener2 runyam nih secara PDAM adalah kontributor terbesar untuk air minum maupun air yang kita pake sehari2 jd secara ngga langsung PDAM juga berkontribusi menyediakan penyakit2 hehe.. pantesan aja belakangan pas mandi bau kaporit e krasa soro..

lah pengakuan e kepala PDAM e memang kaporit dan tawas e diperbanyak untuk menjernihkan air cape de… yah sebenarnya air itu masalah esensial lo jd ya tolong lah jangan dibuat mainan gini…  penyebabnya pun bener e jelas, gara2 kali yang kuuoooottor dan penyebab kali yang kotor pun jelas, soal e mbuang sampah ( sampah biologis manusia maupun sampah2 lain ) nah anda2 coba saja bayangkan yah akeh mall-mall di surabaya tp air PDAM e g layak pake itu nama e apakah bukan ironi.. wew… masi o memang mall2 itu yang bangun swasta yak, tp yah menurutku seh itu nunjukno le bener e g ada plan yang bagus bwat kota ini.. lah masa wes akeh bangun apartemen tapi kali ne yang dari zaman bahehula mengalir g diberesi…

kali g beres jek mimpi mbangun pembangkit listrik tenaga nuklir, yang bener aja… dan ini sebenarnya agak ironi juga le ingat kapan hari PDAM minta pemain swasta dibatasi untuk main di bisnis air ini, tp sebagai pemain tunggal yah gitu lah PDAM jadi e saenak nya saja ngasih kita air.. prinsip e yang penting air e aja jek ada kali yahh… so bwat yang tinggal di daerah yang PDAM ngagel, jgn sering2 mandi soal e air e kaporit en tok itu..

Harga Minyak naek

wah wah aku bener2 g tau yah bener e yang naik no minyak itu sapa seh saenak udel e ae… lah ampe 100 $ per barel itu naik e nyaris 20% dari taun lalu.. Dan menurut cerita sejarah pas SMP-SMA, Indo ini adalah negara anggota OPEC, penghasil minyak.. goblok2an yah le sebagai produsen itu le harga barang e naik yah jelas untung, tp lah ini kita malah defisit… bah bah gimana g defisit yah, APBN e pake asumsi harga 60$ per barel, tp hei bung liato liato ( :p ) itu harga asli wes 100$ dan pemerintah nomboki 40$  per barel e sepanjang tahun mantap itu…

aku juga heran kita masih bisa mengimpor dan mengeskpor minyak dalam waktu bersamaan apa g aneh yah.. bukan e harus e negara itu ngimpor le ada kelebihan stok dari pasar  domestik e ? kan janggal ibarat e kamu jualan beras sementara beras bwat makan ae g ada, malah beli dari orang lain..

memang ada jalan keluar e yang wes dijalankan, yaitu pake gas LPG, tp LPG itu kan yah bukan e unlimited.. lah sekarang napa g investasi dulu untuk sumber daya yang jelas2 unlimited di indo, conto sinar matahari yang banyak dimaki-maki, angin… itu gratis lo… tp mboh napa pemerintah itu kayak e g seneng yang gratisan, maune yang perhitungan e ribet bee jd le diselipno gampang he4.. peace peace.. gara2 minyak naik gt aja, anggaran PLN naik 5 triliun low… lah masak bikin penelitian tenaga surya ampe 5 triliun sih.. g percaya…

Anggaran Pemilu 2009  44 Triliun, pemilu 2004 cuma 4,sekian triliun 

ini jadi headline news e jawa pos ini… kok bs yah beda 5 taun ae, padahal pemilu yah gt2 tok, e anggaran e naek 10 kali ne.. jangan liat angka 4 jd 44, tp liat e 44/4 jd kan naek e 1000%…

duh duh aneh2 saja itu entah untuk apa saja yah dana sebesar gt… gt kata e untuk pendidikan g ada duit.. lah memang pendidikan prioritas e buncit ya jelas ae dapat nya sisa2 tok donk… le memang serius dan komitmen yah pendidikan e kasi no dulu jumlah e wajib brp minimal, yang lain baru ngikuti sisa ne…

wew post kali ini isinya mengkritik tok nih jd g enak hati he4… tp kan diam2 juga g nyelesain masalah.. nyari solusi juga jangan terlalu ribet dan teoritis lah.. ygpenting baek dan bs dijalankan gt aja kok repot… wew..
