hmm yesterday (or today) i slept at 1.30.. don’t know why.. although i had finished my job around 12.. but so many thoughts in my mind.. thinking someone, thinking an event (which will be held next week and i think it’s not prepared so well T_T), thinking exam, thinking captivate..

and i think all of those things made me hard to fall asleep yesterday.. but lately i just realized that maybe it’s also because of a glass of coffee i drink ard 8 pm.. hehe.. usually the coffee has only small effect on me.. but combined with many thoughts flying in my mind, it created a very good anti sleep toxic.. hehe..
